Booking an appointment to see GP

March 26, 2026

I could not book a GP appointment by telephoning the practise today. After my 7am phone call, waiting 30 minutes to speak to reception, I was informed that their were no appointments available today and I could not book any visit tomorrow, since these are arranged on a daily basis by same day telephone booking.

This cannot be called a service if you cannot use it and does not deserve any star rating.
