Very frustrating
My medical records of over 30 years have gone missing and i told this surgery over 2 years ago and despite it stating they should report this to the relevant NHS department within 72 hours I’m still waiting over 2 years later. I have repeatedly told the doctor and reception staff of this but nothing has been done nor even an acknowledgement. Very frustrating.
