Avaid at all.costs
You will never get an appointment & if you are lucky enough to get one, it will not be face to face & iF is face to face the staff interupt ,
I have tried to put a care plan prior to my total knee op and beable to get access to pain meds , it’s been a complete nightmare, so the doc has now cut me off pain meds and I had my op 2 weeks ago and I’m in excruciating pain .call 111 , this surgery is useless
