Anti- old people.
I find it extremely difficult to get an appointment here. If I get through to the receptionist, I am told they cannot make forward appointments and I must phone at 8am. When I try phoning at 8am I am told the list is now full ( a recorded message). I have received a text to say my test results are back & I must make a telephone appointment with a doctor. How??? I am in my 80s and cannot cope with all this digital nonsense.
