I don't see the point of attending a Physiotherapy Session at the Heathfield Surgery. It was just a chat and no recommendations or treatment
I was told by my GP in Heathfield that I could see the Physiotherapist at the Heathfield Surgery regarding the problems and pain I was having with my hip because of a fall.

I attended this week and didn’t really see the point of the session because there was actually no physio to speak of just an examination and a few questions. The physiotherapist said he would send me some exercises for it but so far I have received nothing by e-mail, phone or on the NHS website.
A few years ago I went to The Horder Centre in Crowborough and I was offered advice, given exercise sheets to follow, and had a physio session. It helped me quite a bit and the pain went away.
