Appalling service, not fit for purpose. Anima option is time-consuming and ineffective.
The Anima service is very slow to fill in, we were eventually sent a text saying they had tried to phone us. We had no record of any missed calls or received calls from them on that day. Their text seemed AI generated.
I don’t know what we will do next time there is an issue – go to A&E or a pharmacy? Ireland Wood surgery may as well close down – hopeless.
