Shoddy admin
Rejected referrals. Test results disappearing into a black hole. Repeat prescriptions that I have to chase – every single time. No follow up from blood tests or hospital appointments. Only one issue per appointment despite symptoms being interlinked. Different GP every time. 3 weeks + to get an appointment. Utterly pointless. I shouldn’t have to put in all the legwork. The nurse is wonderful and Dr.Begum is lovely which is why I stay but oh dear – the admin is dire.
