Clinical care - Good. dealing with this surgery - poor
Contact by telephone now almost impossible. Just a long message explaining how patients are generally a nuisance for pressing the wrong numbers and wasting the surgery’s time.
It appears to be incumbent upon the patient to follow up any tests so there is essentially no continuity of care as far as I can tell. There appear to be an inadequate admin number of admin staff. I am currently trying to undestand why a test result sent to the surgery 2 weeks ago cannot be found by Longrove admin.
