Satisfactory outcomes
Medical Staff here work very hard, as do the admin and receptionists.
I usually find that my condition is dealt with the same day, at least with a phone call.
My husband and I have even had ring back calls at 10pm.
The doctors are caring and never rush an appointment.
Home visits are now possible in certain circumstances. How reassuring is that?

The surgery try out new systems of communications, which do not always work out well. However, they are always trying to improve.
I am always recommending this practice to my friends when they tell me they can never get appointments with their GP’s.
