Disgusted
I was booked in for a diabetic review. I am 91 years old and very disabled and have to use a wheel chair which my daughter cannot lift into her car so we decided to transport me in my walker which was difficult for her and painful for me. When we arrived we found out that there was no diabetic review just the nurse. No Sally. It took me all next day to recover. Sadly geriatric patients have geriatric children so It’s not easy for my daughter. Shame on you for inefficiency and causing us distress.
