Useless surgery. They can’t even get the phone system right! I made 10 calls to the surgery trying to ma’am appointment. But each time, I got cut off after listening to the message
I total dislike this surgery. Unfriendly staff who ignore you with no greeting, shut themselves off behind the glass counter, you don’t get seen on time, just sit in a boring waiting room. They don’t listen to you but rush you out of the room, so you can’t tell them about more than one problem because they don’t have the time. Wallis Avenue Surgery, rubbish!
